International Shipping Guide

Shipping Method

All international orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service), which offers reliable tracking and insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

  • Europe & UK: Estimated 7–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: Estimated 7–10 business days
  • Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand: Estimated 3–5 business days

Please note: During busy periods (holidays, year-end, etc.), delivery may take 2 weeks or more regardless of destination.

Every shipment includes a tracking number sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

⚠️ Notice for U.S. Customers

Due to changes in U.S. Customs regulations, we are currently unable to accept orders shipping to the United States. We are exploring options and will update this page if the situation changes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Packaging

Each ceramic piece is carefully wrapped and packed with protective padding inside a sturdy box. To reduce waste, I sometimes use recycled materials such as reused packaging or newspaper as cushioning. Rest assured, the priority is always protecting your piece during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will do my best to find a solution.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are typically collected at the time of delivery by your local customs authority.

For reference, here are estimated duties for handmade ceramics (HS Code 69):

Country / Region Customs Duty VAT / Sales Tax De Minimis (exemption threshold)
United States Shipping currently suspended — see notice above
European Union €3 fixed (from July 2026) ~20% VAT (varies by country) No exemption from July 2026
United Kingdom 5% (over £135) 20% VAT £135 and under: duty-free
Australia ~5% 10% GST A$333 and under: duty-free
Canada Reduced under CPTPP 5–15% GST/HST C$20
Taiwan Please check locally 5%

Note: Duty rates are subject to change. Please check with your local customs office for the most up-to-date information.

I declare the actual purchase value on all customs forms. I am unable to mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items, as this is illegal and may result in your package being seized.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of international shipping, I am unable to accept returns for international orders.

Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so please read the product description carefully and feel free to contact me with any questions before placing your order. I am always happy to share additional photos or details.
